Similar to other physical therapy companies, CORA Physical Therapy has used private equity investment to rapidly expand its footprint from South Florida all the way across the southeast and into the Midwest. Unlike other physical therapy companies, however, CORA Physical Therapy has actually garnered investment from two different private equity firms in the last decade or so, leading to explosive growth and number of lives serviced. They've surpassed 250 clinics already, and recently appointed a new PT/CEO in 2022 to continue that growth, offering services stretching from orthopedics to worker's compensation to general rehabilitation.
