This can happen for a variety of reasons but is generally something most companies will avoid if possible. K Health experienced this in 2023 but is continuing to push forward with its virtual primary care services, inking partnerships with hospitals like Cedars-Sinai. It's really learning into its AI chat bot system to support virtual clinical care. (April 2024)
