Telehealth Substance Use Disorder Counselor – Remote

Affect Therapeutics is the first evidence-based digital recovery program for stimulant use, blending mobile technology, behavioral support, and medical care to help our Members on their recovery journey. We support Members virtually, meeting them where they are to empower them to overcome addiction.

We are looking for empathetic, passionate Telehealth Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselors who want to change the way the world treats stimulant, alcohol and cannabis addiction. You'll work directly with Members through virtual one-on-one and group sessions, supporting their progress and working collaboratively with our Member Services team.

This is a fully remote position, with the possibility of exploring a four-day, 10-hour workweek.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness for the program.
• Lead group therapy and one-on-one sessions, supporting recovery and using our curriculum.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation using our EMR system.
