Telehealth Substance Use Disorder Counselor – Remote

Affect Therapeutics is revolutionizing addiction recovery through our evidence-based digital program for stimulant use. We combine mobile technology, behavioral support, and medical care to empower Members on their recovery journey.

We're seeking empathetic, passionate Telehealth Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselors to provide one-on-one and group therapy virtually, supporting recovery from stimulant, alcohol, and cannabis addiction. This fully remote role offers the possibility of a four-day, 10-hour workweek.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments to determine Member readiness.
• Lead group and one-on-one therapy sessions using Affect's curriculum.
• Provide crisis intervention and referrals.
• Maintain thorough, concurrent documentation in our EMR system.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors on treatment and discharge plans.
• Comply with HIPAA and all state-specific regulations.

Requirements:

• Must hold an active and verifiable counseling license or certification in the state you practice.
• 2+ years of SUD counseling experience.
• Comfortable with Google Suite, EMRs, and telehealth platforms.
