The Sr. Director of Customer Success Management is responsible for leading the Enterprise Partnership customer success strategy and, over time with partnership growth, building a team of Customer Success Managers to support the Enterprise Partnership business in alignment with Alto’s Enterprise Partnership sales goals and business objectives.
