Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Total Rewards Specialist to join our dynamic People Team. This role will support the Compensation and Benefits organization by handling administrative tasks, managing employee queries, liaising between third-party partners, and assisting in the development and maintenance of compensation and benefits structures. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of relevant experience and be proficient in Excel, google sheets, HRIS systems, particularly Workday, and compensation platforms such as Aon Radford.
