The Role

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting the technology tools used by business stakeholders. This role requires developing a deep understanding of business processes and the systems that support them. You will identify and analyze process improvement opportunities and design both short- and long-term technology solutions to enhance business performance and support organizational change. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external technical teams to define, test, and implement stable, effective tools that meet evolving business needs.
