Job Description
THE JOB AT A GLANCEIn this position you will have a vital role in ensuring the completion of all remote operational tasks so that our Carbon Health patients have all proper documents in order to continue their care and recovery beyond our clinic doors. You will have a visible and important role in maintaining patient satisfaction and operational success by supporting the Central Support team and company operations, our patients, and clinicians at our clinics throughout California and the USA. This is a remote position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Ensure each user’s support experience is of the highest possible quality through providing personalized, efficient and empathetic replies and ensuring all follow up care is complete
- Own the response and actions related to handling phone calls, live chats, emails, records requests and secure messages via the Carbon Health Provider App
- Collaborate cross functionally within all facets of Carbon Health to provide a superior experience and seamless patient care

The good - Carbon Health boasts a sprawling primary care, urgent care, and telemedicine network cofounded by an experienced team (Eren Bali - Udemy). The bad - they've not been immune to the economic downturn, laying off 25% of its staff in 2022. With that being said, they were extremely active in distributing COVID-19 tests and supporting vaccine administration across California, and have been known to integrate AI into its workflows to make clinicians' lives easier.
