The Role:

Here's some interesting stats from Carrot's "Fertility at Work" survey: "12% of respondents had access to dedicated fertility benefits...24% covered adoption fees, and only 10% included gestational carrier services (commonly referred to as surrogacy)." There are quite a few players in this fertility employee benefits space (such as Progyny), and consolidation is already occuring (see Ro's purchase of Modern Fertility). Carrot is banking on its global reach, extensive network of fertility clinicians across specialties (OBGYNs, doulas, midwives, and more), and robust telehealth offerings to be the company to beat.
