We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Engineering and the Senior Vice President of Product & Chief Clinical Officer, as well as 1-3 other senior leaders. This role serves as the eyes and ears for the SVPs: coordinating and managing executive calendars, preparing and organizing important materials and plans, serving as a connector for organizations, projects, and critical business information, and ensuring meetings and materials are efficient and effective.
