    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leadership Sourcer Contractor to support our recruiting team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier leadership talent to Collective Health. You will partner closely with Collective Health's leadership recruiter and senior level hiring managers to understand their strategic hiring needs and develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates.

    Contract Duration: June 17, 2025 to December 31, 2025

    • Leadership Talent Acquisition:
      • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for leadership-level positions (e.g.,Director, VP, SVP, C-level).
      • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, networking, and creative search techniques.

    The employee benefits pool was an attractive area to monetize for startups - if insurers weren't willing to pay, it makes sense that employers would be looking for ways to attract (and retain) top talent, with benefits being a huge portion of it. Countless startups have ridden the employee benefits wave to superstardom (see: Hinge Health), but there is a downside - when the economy experiences a downturn, benefits are one of the first things on the chopping block. Collective Health is not immune to this, as shown by recent layoffs. However, it's hard to believe that employee benefits will totally go away - and there's always going to be a space to manage these benefits more efficiently and effectively. (August 2023)
