Senior Human Resources Coordinator - Employee Relations
Job Description
Cortica is looking for a Senior HR Coordinator, Employee Relations to join our growing team!
- In this role, you will support a positive work environment by providing teammates and supervisors with support and recommendations related to policy interpretation, performance management, and conflict resolution by responding promptly to employee relations tickets and inquiries.
- You’ll maintain a strong knowledge of Cortica's policies and employment laws, ensuring compliance and implementation, and work with HR Business Partners to analyze employee relations data, conduct impartial investigation interviews, assist in legal complaints, and contribute to low-level risk management decisions.

According to the CDC, a whopping 1 in 36 children has autism spectrum disorder (ASD) across all racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups. The spectrum itself is massively heterogeneous, calling on professionals across the care spectrum to provide care. Enter Cortica, which is championing an integrated care model for these pediatric patients, ranging from physicians all the way to allied health, behavioral therapy, and music therapy.
