Cortica is looking for a full time Area Medical Director - Nurse Practitioner to join and oversee our growing team in Los Angeles County!
In this role, you will conduct thorough patient intakes, screenings, and assessments, considering the unique needs of each patient and their family. You will also provide ongoing education to families and work closely with other specialists to offer comprehensive care, including nutrition evaluation, dietary support, and ongoing medical management. Work with our cognitive and behavioral child neurologists and pediatricians to provide ongoing care for attention, sleep, headaches, and challenging behavior, medication management as well as medical follow-ups.
As the Area Medical Director, you will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with administrative leaders to support your sites’ medical staff across centers in the delivery of care as well as provide direct care to Cortica patients (up to 80%). The spectrum itself is massively heterogeneous, calling on professionals across the care spectrum to provide care.
