Cortica is seeking a BCBAto join our multidisciplinary team in Torranceand surrounding areas.
We are a rapidly growing organization pioneering a collaborative approach to neurodevelopmental care. We serve diverse patient populations, including those with autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, speech and language disorders, and more. Our interdisciplinary team includes Neurologists, Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, EEG Technicians, Counselors, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Behavior Therapists, Music Therapists, and more.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in overseeing clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll support and guide a pod of Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors in making a real impact in a rapidly growing and innovative healthcare company.

The spectrum itself is massively heterogeneous, calling on professionals across the care spectrum to provide care.
