Cortica is looking for a Developmental Therapies Site Supervisor to lead a growing multi-disciplinary team of Speech, Occupational, Physical, and Music Therapists!
This role presents a distinctive opportunity for leadership in an innovative, fast paced company. You will lead a team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and music therapists in integration and collaboration of our delivery model. According to the CDC, a whopping 1 in 36 children has autism spectrum disorder (ASD) across all racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups. The spectrum itself is massively heterogeneous, calling on professionals across the care spectrum to provide care. Enter Cortica, which is championing an integrated care model for these pediatric patients, ranging from physicians all the way to allied health, behavioral therapy, and music therapy.
