Senior Human Resources Coordinator, Workers’ Compensation 

Summary:

In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure seamless workers’ compensation and leave of absence experiences for our teammates. You will also support the development and execution of critical HR processes and administrative tasks under intermittent supervision. 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Administer workers’ compensation and leave of absence processes from start to finish, in compliance with all relevant labor laws as well as Cortica’s defined policies, procedures, and core values

• Serve as the main point of contact for teammates with workers’ compensation and leave of absence-related support needs, and respond to their requests in a courteous, professional, and personalized manner

• Interface with workers’ compensation insurance representatives and claims adjusters, report incidents as needed, respond to requests with pertinent information in a timely fashion, and bring claims to resolution
