Cortica is looking for a Full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Plano and the surrounding 30-minute commute areas!
As an ABA Supervisor, you’ll be part of a supportive and innovative interdisciplinary team that is pioneering a unique whole-child approach to autism care for families in North Texas. *Clinic/Home-based. Must be willing to travel to the following cities: Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Dallas, Carrollton, Richardson, The Colony, Celina, Little Elm*
What will you do?
- Complete Assessment and Treatment plans.
- Provide clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists.
- Monitor and update programming aspects of each client’s clinical case.

According to the CDC, a whopping 1 in 36 children has autism spectrum disorder (ASD) across all racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups. The spectrum itself is massively heterogeneous, calling on professionals across the care spectrum to provide care. Enter Cortica, which is championing an integrated care model for these pediatric patients, ranging from physicians all the way to allied health, behavioral therapy, and music therapy.
