Cortica is looking for an Operations Manager to join its growing team!
As Operations Manager, you will serve as Cortica’s first level of leadership for clinic operations. With oversight responsibilities for multiple clinic locations in a rapidly growing organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Cortica’s strategic goals and mission translate into successful tactical operations. In addition to leading office administration and support staff, you will work closely with the Area Director to further Cortica’s culture of excellence and teamwork.

According to the CDC, a whopping 1 in 36 children has autism spectrum disorder (ASD) across all racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups. The spectrum itself is massively heterogeneous, calling on professionals across the care spectrum to provide care. Enter Cortica, which is championing an integrated care model for these pediatric patients, ranging from physicians all the way to allied health, behavioral therapy, and music therapy. This whole-child approach to care is blending value-based care principles, which makes sense - simplifying the journey for both patients and families living with ASD. (April 2024)
