We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in pelvic health, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including urinary/fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, pre/postpartum issues, and post-surgical rehab.
• Deliver evidence-based pelvic floor therapy interventions including manual therapy, biofeedback, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, other healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and legal guidelines.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications to support long-term outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development related to pelvic health.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
