Role Summary

We are looking for a Clinical Consultant (either a pediatric/adolescent psychiatrist or a PMHNP with deep experience in California) to design Daybreak’s end-to-end medication management program. This work will ensure clinical safety, operational scalability, billing compliance, and readiness for EMR and engineering implementation. This project is expected to last 6-8 weeks with a total of 60-80 hours of work. The rate for this project is $150-$175/hour. 

Scope of Work

Objective:

Develop a clinically sound, operationally scalable, and engineering-ready blueprint for medication management within Daybreak’s pediatric and adolescent care model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of clinical workflows for medication management (initiation, monitoring, follow-up, discontinuation, and transitions).
• Define role-based responsibilities for prescribers, therapists, care coordinators, and admin teams.
• Develop clinical protocols for top use cases (e.g., anxiety, depression).
