Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Service leader to join our team in the role of Deputy Head of Customer Service
This key position will involve overseeing the successful coordination of new trusts and pathways go-live, ensuring seamless integration with our delivery managers and understanding the impact on customer service (CS) operations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing and optimizing various operational processes, focusing on compliance, manual readings, discharge/survey procedures, onboarding efficiency, rota management, and Zendesk usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Trusts and Pathways Go-Live Coordination:
- Work closely with Delivery Managers to coordinate the launch of new trusts and pathways.
- Understand and assess the impact on CS operations, including volume and processes.
- Coordinate any specific requirements with the Delivery team.
- Update CS documents and Zendesk to reflect changes.
- Inform the CS team and team leaders about updates and changes.
