Doccla is looking for our first dynamic Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures within Doccla, including month end, A/R and A/P, assist with budgets and forecasts, and be agile in handling ad-hoc projects at pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish group reporting processes and new entity Xero reporting & consolidation
• Work across departments on pricing, cost control & efficiency and KPI reporting
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Own the month-end and support the year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with all applicable legislation
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Additional controller duties as necessary

Person Specification 

• Must have good Xero experience
