The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive manager training and development programs across the organization. This role involves assessing training needs, creating engaging learning materials, and facilitating impactful training sessions that enhance managerial skills, leadership capabilities, and overall performance.  You will collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure our learning and development strategies align with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
