Salesforce is the central hub for both our Sales and Customer organizations. It's these teams' primary workflow tool. We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to work alongside our Salesforce Administrator/Developer. With the Salesforce Administrator, you’ll work to ensure that we capitalize on the benefits offered by Salesforce and to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving business requirements. As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting users in Salesforce and its’ integrated 3rd party tools. This includes troubleshooting application errors, identifying areas for improvements to optimize use, maintaining user permissions, and creating custom automations.

The Real Dill ☘️
If you've ever been a clinician, you've probably been frustrated with how time consuming and manual dictating patient notes are. While there are huge players in the medical records space like Epic, more and more players are emerging help a variety of specialties and care organizations reduce the manual work of notes administration (and improve clinician burnout along the way). Elation Health is one of them, focusing in medical practices and primary care. What makes Elation Health unique is they've also been adopted by some huge Digital Health players (for example, claiming CityBlock Health as one of their customers in a press release) - a potentially entirely new wave of healthcare organizations that may not see large incumbent players as the best option for their workflows.
