We've enjoyed considerable growth and are now looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Product Manager to lead the Elation Billing product. This role will be pivotal in designing, building, and bringing to market solutions that streamline and optimize medical billing workflows and enable financial sustainability for our healthcare providers.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the P&L and commercial success of the Elation Billing product
• Develop the strategic roadmap for the Elation Billing product
• Deeply understand customer needs, translate them into actionable problem statements, and leverage a prioritization framework to drive tradeoff decisions
• Work directly with customers to drive research and discovery
• Lead and drive collaboration with design and engineering to dig into prioritization discussions for roadmap planning and execution
• Leverage experimentation, iteration, data, and discovery techniques to ship impactful end-user products
• Manage executive stakeholders and communicate concepts and goals in business rather than technical terms
• Own cross-functional interactions across marketing, sales, customer success and support
