As we continue to scale efficiently, we’re looking for an adaptable, resourceful recruiter to join our small but dynamic recruitment team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our hiring process remains streamlined, cost-effective, and efficient while helping us bring in the best candidates to help drive our growth.
As a Full-Cycle Recruiter at our startup, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across departments. Working alongside one other recruiter, you will be accountable for requisition management, sourcing, screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, and onboarding efforts. This role requires a results-driven mindset with an ability to move quickly while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience and operational efficiency.
