We’re seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager who will partner with our Engineering department to prioritize and deliver mission-critical projects across our shared services teams. This role reports to the Staff Technical Program Manager.
Responsibilities will include:
- Own and manage practices and ceremonies to ensure on-time delivery of business commitments across SRE, Data Platform, and Security Engineering teams
- Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure team performance; use data insights to improve efficiency across shared services continuously

Ever wondered what other patients thought about a doctor you were thinking of seeing for a condition? This is, in a nutshell, the challenge Garner Health is trying to solve. It makes a lot of sense - in the age of in-network and out-of-network plan complexities and employee-sponsored insurance plans, switching clinicians with a job or life change is pretty commonplace. What's interesting, however, is that Garner Health isn't crowdsourcing reviews - rather, they are using medical claims data to settle on a review of a clinician, comparing prescribed procedures to best-in-practice guidelines. Pretty clever, and an interesting way to add objectivity to the doctor-finding process. (May 2024)
