The Senior Manager, Financial Systems Risk & Compliance is a highly visible individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Head of Financial Systems. The Financial Systems (FINSYS) team is responsible for: executing Ginkgo’s internal controls over financial systems and financial reporting (aka SOX 404), developing and executing controls over certain financially relevant systems, ownership of the financial systems monthly, quarterly and yearly lookback review for relevant systems, advising business leaders on internal control considerations with respect to new initiatives, supporting Ginkgo’s integrated audit as conducted by its external auditors (EY), and assisting in supporting Internal Audit projects for Ginkgo’s cross-functional operations.
