Our mission is to make biology easier to engineer. Ginkgo is constructing, editing, and redesigning the living world in order to answer the globe’s growing challenges in health, energy, food, materials, and more. Our bioengineers make use of an in-house automated foundry for designing and building new organisms. 

In order to achieve our mission, we’ll need to not only design the DNA of organisms, but of our own company. As our internal information ecosystem becomes more complex, our systems for distilling, directing, and delivering information need to scale to meet the complexity.

**We are looking for someone who can design, build, test, and iteratively improve Ginkgo’s internal communications and idea generation infrastructure from within the Creative and Marketing department. In some cases this will take the form of facilitating discussions or workshops; in other cases, new digital infrastructure will need to be built, deployed, and maintained.
