We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our Antibody Developability team. The successful candidate will contribute to the preclinical evaluation of therapeutic antibody candidates by performing in vitro and biophysical assays to assess key developability properties such as stability, aggregation propensity, solubility, viscosity, and expression. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment focused on advancing biologics from discovery to development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine procedures associated with the production, preparation, or characterization (e.g., SEC, DLS, DSF, UV/Vis, HIC) of antibodies for internal and customer projects.
