We’re looking for passionate customer-centric folks to join our Gravie Care Advisor team.Primary responsibilities for this position include providing prompt and excellent service for our members and providers through inbound and outbound calls and emails. Calls will be focused around helping members shop for an Individual Health Plan. While shopping, you would assist members with benefit questions, conduct plan comparisons and offer recommendations based on the individual need. We also assist with the application and premium payment inquiries. Following the 8 week onsite training, employees who meet Work From Home requirements can transition to a hybrid model where they come to the Bloomington office as needed.
