As the Senior Total Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing and managing our company-wide total rewards practices and programs, with a focus on owning compensation (base, variable and specialty compensation) in addition to the strategy for benefits and equity offerings. You will bring proven Total Rewards and analytical knowledge and thought leadership to implement effective and exciting programs, at an organization that values the well-being of its employees. You will work collaboratively to achieve current and future company goals and ensure our total rewards programs are data-driven, equitable, innovative and competitive.
