About the Director, Compliance Program at Headspace:

This position serves as the focal point of responsibility for the effective design, development and implementation of the company-wide compliance program at Headspace.  The Director of Compliance serves as the liaison between care services leaders and the compliance team, and leads enterprise collaborations with key stakeholders, including but not limited to, finance & revenue cycle, product engineering, care operations and people operations. The Director of Compliance works closely with leadership across the organization to establish an industry leading compliance program, develop a culture of compliance and effectively drive initiatives that forward the goals of the Compliance Committee and the organization*.*
