Reporting to the Senior Director of Care Platforms, the Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the vision and roadmap for our care experience, and refining our coaching services, which is a key part of how we provide care. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, driving advancements that contribute to our overarching mission.
What you will do:
- Communicate and Champion the Product Vision: work with cross-functional stakeholders to clearly define and advocate for a compelling product vision that transforms our coaching experience. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to enhance care delivery, optimize operational efficiencies, and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes and revenue performance.

The name is virtually synonomous with the mental health space, enabling its growth across both the consumer and enterprise space. However, their huge initial successes do not make them immune to larger economic forces - see the recent layoffs at Headspace and across the industry. After achieving such massive scale, one has to hope they can make the transition to an enduring company in healthcare considering how many shortfalls in mental health continue to exist.
