About the Software Engineer, API at Headspace:
Headspace is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join its growing Care Hub team. We are responsible for Care Hub, our in-house Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and the experience of our Care Providers (health coaches, therapists, and psychiatrists) to deliver high-quality care through video and text-based sessions to our members.
US-remote job location: we are currently recruiting remotely in the United States for this role. Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time.
What you will do:

- Innovative Technology: Dive into cutting-edge technologies! Headspace is one of the original darlings of the digital mental health space, rising rapidly to prominence even before the COVID-19 pandemic. The name is virtually synonomous with the mental health space, enabling its growth across both the consumer and enterprise space. However, their huge initial successes do not make them immune to larger economic forces - see the recent layoffs at Headspace and across the industry. After achieving such massive scale, one has to hope they can make the transition to an enduring company in healthcare considering how many shortfalls in mental health continue to exist.
