As Headway’s Community & Inclusion Associate, you’ll play an integral role in supporting our 500+ employees across the US. We’re looking for a gritty, relationship-obsessed team player to support operations across physical and remote experiences & workspaces, company events and DEI&B/ERGs. 

Reporting to the Employee Experience Function, you’ll have direct exposure to all dimensions of the Community & Inclusion function as our 2nd hire in this high-visibility role. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone interested in developing their Community & Inclusion toolkit in a dynamic, high-growth and mission-driven start-up environment.

You will:

Enable the Best Remote Working Environment & Experiences

• Foster Hubs Connection & Virtual Events
• Act as Hubs & Neighborhood Slack Channels Social Chair Liaison
• Build our On-Demands spaces strategy
• Build new Travel Infrastructure (e.g. including Offsites/Onsites Guidelines etc.)
• Ignite a culture of celebration (e.g. lead our Company Shoutouts (Kudos channel, Headwayversaries/promotions, etc.)

Invest in our DEI&B and ERGs community
