Hello Heart is growing rapidly and is looking for a Vice President of Enterprise Marketing.  This role will work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, customer success and product to ensure we have strong and consistent messaging across all client touch points. In this highly dynamic role, you will develop messaging strategies, build sales and marketing materials, lead new product and partner launches, and more. 

Areas of responsibility:

• Enterprise Marketing strategy & leadership. You will report directly to the CMO and be responsible for key company metrics that tie directly to the PNL - sales pipeline influenced, MQLs and driving brand awareness across key segments.
• Segment expertise. Develop a deep understanding of and empathy for Hello Heart’s clients, including: employers and benefits leaders, benefits consultants and health plan leaders across industries and company sizes.
• Tailored Messaging. Be responsible for creation and alignment of Hello Heart messaging across all market segments. Develop and maintain the overarching enterprise campaign calendar.
