Product Growth Analyst
Hello Heart is growing and is looking for a curious and passionate Product Growth Analyst to join our Product Growth & Engagement group, and facilitate data-driven decision making and insights.
You will also work closely with our cross-functional data team.
Areas of responsibility:
- Take part in data-driven decision making with our product team, influence product roadmaps and business planning - and report on their results
- Leverage data to understand how our users interact with our product - and how they can achieve even greater success
- Help set the right KPIs and reports for our business, and constantly monitor our results
- Plan and perform a wide range of tests, and help gain useful recommendations
- Improve access and visibility to our data by data visualizations - using various BI tools
The ideal candidate will be:
- In-depth understanding of funnel, user behavior and engagement KPIs.
