Telehealth providers serving patients on the Hims & Hers platform are employed by You Health Medical Groups. The Hims & Hers Telemedicine team handles the business operations, allowing you to concentrate on delivering top-notch patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care tailored to each patient's unique needs, preferences and circumstances, ensuring a world-class patient experience.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients using our telehealth services, providing support, guidance, and assistance throughout their healthcare journey.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration between patients, healthcare providers, and members of the Hims & Hers support team to help patients get the answers they need.
