You Health Medical Groups is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic team as the manager of our Care Team of RNs. This role will facilitate quality assurance processes and feedback with the Care Team and facilitate education and training initiatives, ensuring that patients receive a world-class patient experience through the Hims & Hers telehealth platform.

Telehealth providers serving patients on the Hims & Hers platform are employed by You Health Medical Groups. The Hims & Hers Telemedicine team handles the business operations, allowing you to concentrate on delivering top-notch patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a team of care coaches (RNs) and ensuring quality patient coaching is provided.
