You Health Medical Groups is seeking a dedicated and compassionate California-Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team as a part-time Care Coach. This role will facilitate seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that patients receive a world-class patient experience through the Hims & Hers telehealth platform.

Telehealth providers serving patients on the Hims & Hers platform are employed by You Health Medical Groups. The Hims & Hers Telemedicine team handles the business operations, allowing you to concentrate on delivering top-notch patient care.

Schedule: 20-29 hours/week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized health coaching tailored to each patient's unique needs, preferences and circumstances, ensuring a world-class patient experience.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to address patients' questions and concerns.
• Consistent utilization of protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency in care delivery.
