Position Overview: You Health Medical Groups is seeking an Escalations PMHNP Provider to provide health care services to patients via the Hims and Hers telehealth platform. 

The Escalations Team PMHNP is responsible for carrying out high-quality clinical care in all patient interactions and will serve as an integral part of upholding patient safety, risk mitigation and supporting the medical escalation process for all patients on the Hims & Hers Platform. The Escalations Provider PMHNP will be primarily responsible for managing escalations, including those related to side effects from prescribed platform medications for all mental health escalations. This role will manage escalated telehealth patients by taking immediate action to help de-escalate and defuse situations while providing exceptional patient care and follow-up. This role reports directly to the You Health Associate Director of Clinical Safety and participates as an active team member focused on clinical quality, patient experience, and performance improvement.
