Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Practice Operations Senior Manager who will lead key operational initiatives to expand the care delivered through the Hims & Hers platform through the Professional Corporation, You Health Medical Groups. Reporting to one of the You Health Medical Directors, you will focus on initiatives that enhance our telemedicine practice’s efficiency and quality. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for improvement and developing scalable operational processes to ensure a high-quality experience for both patients and providers. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional with teams across both Hims & Hers and You Health Medical Groups.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the strategic thought partner for the Medical Group and Care Operations leadership teams, helping to identify, scope, and execute upon key business and clinical initiatives.
