Job Description
Job Summary:The Clinical Effectiveness Research Analyst supports healthcare data analyses that track key operational success measures and identifies opportunities to improve or iterate clinical services, with the goal of enhancing quality, outcomes, and costs. You will ensure data accuracy and quality by performing data validation and building metrics. You will also support quality improvement programs through data manipulation and analysis and presenti clear, relevant findings to clinical partners. Reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Effectiveness & Research, and working in close partnership with Clinical Affairs, Clinical Quality & Safety, and clinical service line leaders - you will play an important role in advancing our commitment to delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- You will develop analytically-ready variables and KPIs by applying SQL-based logic to data from electronic health records (EHR), medical and pharmacy claims, and Included Health product datasets. These measures will serve as the foundation for monitoring and evaluating clinical services.
