Job Description
The Care and Case Management (CCM) Manager will oversee and lead the day-to-day efforts of our CCM Nurse Care Managers. The Manager will play a key role in helping nurses achieve individual and team-level goals, with a focus on delivering high quality and efficient care and case management to our members.
As we grow, the Clinical Navigation Manager will support the professional growth and development of their direct reports, while also fostering team engagement and enhancing overall performance.
$89580.0-$116640.0 per-year-salary
Responsibilities:
- Actively track and manage performance for all clinicians under your leadership, ensuring timely and high-quality care delivery
- Manage team members to meet performance metrics, including volumes, customer commitments, service line agreements, and performance guarantees
- Collaborate with the Quality and Clinical Excellence (CE) teams to promote the highest level of care and service excellence
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners (TAO) to develop formal remediation plans when necessary
