We are seeking an experienced doula who is passionate about educating and guiding our members throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey. On the spectrum of doula care, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working within a clinical or medical setting—someone who enjoys being part of a healthcare team and, while not providing clinical care themselves, collaborates effectively and aligns with prenatal and postpartum evidence-based standards of care.
The Doula will support two programs:
1. Black Health Communities: Doula to provide stand-alone prenatal and postpartum support, alongside benefits navigation and support from dedicated care coordinators.
2. Care and Case Management:Doula will collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team and contribute to cohesive care plans by providing longitudinal support and education during pregnancy and through postpartum.
