At Included Health, we believe in delivering world-class care — starting with how we hire. We're looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator who not only ensures a seamless candidate experience but brings operational excellence and a data-informed mindset to everything they do.
This is a hybrid role coming in to our San Francisco office 3 days a week and reports to the Manager of Talent Operations. You'll be a trusted partner to recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams — ensuring efficiency, consistency, and exceptional service every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the candidate interview lifecycle — including scheduling phone, video, and onsite interviews — while resolving potential scheduling conflicts and gaps
- Book travel and hotel accommodations for candidates, and manage any candidate travel expense reports for reimbursement
- Ability to work in our downtown San Francisco office 3 days a week
- Be a strategic partner to the TA team, Hiring Managers, Interviewers and other teams
