**Job Summary:**The Nurse Practitioner Manager maintains oversight for clinical care, professional development and practice administration for a designated group of nurse practitioners. The role of a Nurse Practitioner Manager is to create both a learning and working environment that promotes lifelong learning, professionalism and outstanding clinical quality. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• The Nurse Practitioner Manager will work collaboratively with the Urgent Care Leadership team to provide stewardship of the practice. The roles and responsibilities of this role will include, but are not to be limited to the following:

Leadership: The Nurse Practitioner Manager will support the hiring and interviewing of Included Heath’s nurse practitioners.  After hire, the Nurse Practitioner Manager will coach and mentor nurse practitioners within the practice, promoting a safe learning and practice environment.
