Job Description
**Job Summary:**We are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Included Health. Working in partnership with partners across the business, you will have responsibilities in budgeting, forecasting and analysis, supporting strategic planning, and preparation of board and investors materials. You will report to the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.Managing a team of finance professionals, experience with coaching, mentorship and team development will be essential as the business expands and the complexity of the business increases. You will work with the VP, FP&A to develop and enhance the financial management of the business and provide strategic partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Be a strategic finance partner to executives, general managers and functional leaders across the business.
- Lead a high performing finance team that delivers outcomes, promoting a culture of ownership, continuous improvement and innovation.
