Job Description
Job Summary: The Training Program Manager translates our business needs into learning solutions. They drive internal onboarding, functional training, role readiness, continuing education, and leadership development while being a strong project manager and facilitator.Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Member Care Training & Education team, this person is a thought leader and consultant whenever learning is concerned. They partner with the Supervisor of Member Care Training to determine how and when content is delivered to our Care Team so we can support evolving business needs. This partnership is responsible for the success of Member Care Training Programs, but the Training Program Manager leads content design and guides Learning Specialists in content development using industry best practices. The Training Program Manager will also evaluate the success and effectiveness of our programs through metrics such as Quality, MSAT, learner satisfaction, and learner assessments.
